Lodge a public grievance with the government (CPGRAMS)
CPGRAMS is the central online system to file grievances against any central ministry or department, and it is linked with many state systems. You can track the grievance, rate the resolution and appeal if dissatisfied.
Steps

Register/log in on the CPGRAMS portal (or the CPGRAMS app/UMANG)

Choose the ministry/department or state, describe the grievance and attach documents

Note the registration number and track status online

If unsatisfied with the resolution, give feedback and file an appeal through the portal
