Check eligibility and download your Ayushman card (PM-JAY)
Families eligible for AB PM-JAY, and all citizens aged 70+, can get an Ayushman card for cashless hospital treatment up to the scheme limit at empanelled hospitals.
Steps

Open the beneficiary portal or the Ayushman App and log in with your mobile number
- 2
Search by state/scheme and Aadhaar or family ID to check whether you are eligible
- 3
Complete Aadhaar e-KYC (OTP or face authentication) for each family member
- 4
Download the Ayushman card once approved; seniors aged 70+ use the 'Enrol for 70+' option
- 5
Use the card at empanelled hospitals; call 14555 for help
