Create your ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account)
ABHA is a free 14-digit health ID under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. It lets you link and share health records (prescriptions, lab reports) digitally with consent, and enables faster registration at hospitals using ABHA QR codes.
Steps

Go to the ABHA portal or an ABDM-enabled app and choose 'Create ABHA Number'

Verify with Aadhaar OTP (or another supported method such as driving licence at a facility)

Create an ABHA address (like name@abdm) and download your ABHA card
- 4
Link records and manage consent through a personal health record app
