Post-Matric Scholarship for Scheduled Caste Students

Financial assistance for SC students studying at the post-matric or post-secondary stage (Class 11 onwards, including professional courses). It is administered by state governments and funded jointly by the Centre and states.
What you get
Reimbursement of compulsory non-refundable fees and an annual academic allowance that depends on the course group. Check your state scholarship portal or the NSP for current rates.
Who can apply
- Students belonging to Scheduled Castes studying in Class 11 or above in a recognised institution
- Annual family income up to ₹2.5 lakh
How to apply
- Apply on your state's scholarship portal or the National Scholarship Portal (as notified by your state)
- Complete One Time Registration, fill the application and upload documents; the institute and state verify it

- Aadhaar-seeded bank account
