Who can apply
- Girls who are residents of Bihar (up to two girls per family for the birth-related components)
- Unmarried girls for the intermediate pass incentive; graduation incentive for women graduates as per guidelines
How to apply
- Graduation and intermediate incentives: apply online on the MedhaSoft portal during the notified window
- Birth-related components: through anganwadi/ICDS
